All sales are final. Because our holiday boxes are limited-edition, made-to-order, and curated specifically for each pre-order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All of our Holiday Self-Care Boxes are made to order and will ship or deliver between December 15 – 20, 2025.

We currently offer:

• Local Delivery: Available for customers within our Western Massachusetts service area. You’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order is scheduled.

• Standard Shipping (U.S. only): Boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note that our luxe box includes a service and our current radius for individual client services is within 15 miles of Chicopee, Massachusetts. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Because these boxes are limited-edition and curated to order, we cannot guarantee arrival dates for orders placed after December 6, and all sales are final (no refunds or exchanges).
